Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray.

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, Umeboshi paste, lemon juice, dill and 4 Tablespoons bread crumbs in a small bowl. Mix well to combine.

Be sure fish is dry and spread mayonnaise mixture over fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until fish just flakes.
